Rise and Drive: Navigating the Road to Ownership: An Owner-Operator Guide
Janelle demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and dedication when approached with an urgent need from one of our Owner Operators, Larry, who required a trailer to secure a dedicated seasonal run. Despite managing multiple priorities, Janelle quickly found a solution, ensuring that Larry did not miss out on this critical opportunity. Her swift action not only enabled Larry to continue running dedicated freight but also played a key role in improving his overall satisfaction. He had been facing several challenges recently and was considering his future with the company, but Janelle's assistance was instrumental in turning things around for him. Her ability to address urgent needs effectively makes her a valuable asset to the team.
Thank you very much, Ms. Janelle, for your professionalism and patience in dealing with impatient drivers and new recruits. It is my pleasure to be on the same team as Ms. Janelle. Not only did she dispatch a trailer to me in a timely manner, but she also followed up on the whereabouts of the trailer. Although I am new to the company, I am not new to professionalism, and if there were a rating system, I would give her a 10 out of 10. It is my pleasure to be working in the same organization with her. Thank you again, Ms. Janelle
I am sending this email in recognition of Janelle from Recruiting. Her pursuit of excellence can easily be seen and noticed based on the attention to detail, care, and attitude she has provided thus far. The company is well represented through staff members such as Janelle. For that reason, I felt the need to go out of my way to ensure that she receives the recognition that she deserves. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to dealing with your organization in the near future.
Just wanted to compliment Janelle. It was really great having her here at the Orientation/Field OPS center. She was asking the Owner Operators a lot of questions, trying to learn more about their trucks and the tools they use. So many O/O's kept coming up to me saying, 'Who's that? We really like her,' as she was so great at instantly building rapport. She is welcome at any time, and I learned a lot from her too about the process O/O's go through to qualify, the questions they ask before on-boarding, and Janelle gave suggestions on class based on the feedback she gets. Great job, Janelle
